Delivery Times

Reliable 'delivered by' dates are stated on all product pages and are updated on a daily basis. If you require a different delivery date, please select the required date when ordering. 

 

FREE Standard Delivery

All orders over £50 come with FREE delivery throughout England, Wales and parts of Scotland.

For delivery to other parts of the UK, (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland) please contact us so that we can provide a quote for shipping charges. 

Deliveries are made by our partner couriers on weekdays, generally between 9am and 6pm.

International

We don't directly ship outside the UK ( with the exception of Republic of Ireland) However, we do often have international customers who arrange a courier to collect from us.  It seems to work very smoothly. Once we know your requirements we can advise you of approx parcel sizes and weights - then we recommend using transglobalexpress.com to obtain the best courier quote.  Please do get in touch if we can help. 

Delivery For Orders Up To £50

Small orders for spare parts and accessories may be delivered by courier or by Royal Mail. 

The following surcharges apply for orders up to £50:

 orders up to £10      £2.80 
 orders up to £20       £3.70 
 orders up to £50      £5.30 

 

 

 

Express Delivery

Please contact us if you require express delivery. 

 

Sample Swatches

Sample swatches are delivered FREE. They're letterbox friendly so there won't be any problems with missed deliveries. Orders received by 2pm are usually despatched the same day by Royal Mail 1st Class.
